As Facility Management Assistant, you ensure the administrative management of a contract and represents an important support to the Service Manager.   As Facility Management Assistant:

  • You handle the applications in the required periods and guarantee the quality and proper handling thereof
  • You realize the reporting and the daily management (preparation of invoices, accounting, dashboards) by using the IT tools
  • You are in charge of billing and invoicing on a monthly basis
  • You will send the planning to Client's mandated staff
  • You will do the update of the employee database
  • You will ensure a proper administrative follow-up
  • You will accomplish various administrative tasks: centralization and follow-up of data, classification, internal & external correspondence, encoding of timesheets.


  • You are fluent in French and English and have a good knowledge of another third language
  • You hold a Bachelor Degree (Hotel Management, School of Business or Facility Management)
  • You have a first experience in Facility Management
  • You are multitask, flexible and result-oriented
  • You have strong analytical skills and are result oriented
  • You have the ability to implement and verify the application of the instructions
  • You have excellent interpersonal abilities
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
