Functieomschrijving

As a Technical Services Director you are responsible for the development and delivery of the hard FM Services in Belgium. You are the Country Lead for technical services and a member of the Benelux Technical Leadership team. You will report to the Head of Service Operations in Belgium. Your main missions are to:

  • Build and implement a roadmap for the Technical Services capability development in Belgium by organic growth and internal development
  • Develop and roll-out strategic partnerships in the segment
  • Coach, motivate & develop a team of round 10 direct and 60 indirect professionals
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of the country vision and critical priorities, and measure progress against key value drivers for technical services
  • Support the segment with business development and sales to existing and new clients
  • Sell and deploy new services and technical solutions

Profiel

  • You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering related education with 10 years' experience on senior management level within the Facility / Utility or Industrial sector
  • You have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Asset management/Technical maintenance in a facilities or industrial environment
  • You have experience working in a multi-technical, multi-site environment
  • You have a very good oral and written knowledge of French, English and Dutch as well as computer tools such as MS office - Windows, Excel, Word, CRM etc.
  • You are customer oriented & have a service/hands on mentality
  • You have strong communication skills and positive drive
  • You are able to engage at all levels of the Asset management organization as well as other functional families (shop floor to boardroom)
  • You have inspiring leadership skills, a strong team building capability and a “can do mentality”
  • Your spirit of progress, your spirit of service, your team spirit as well as your perseverance and diplomacy characterize you
  • You are comfortable in spending the majority of the time on sites with customers and employees
  • You are willing to travel (Benelux and occasionally international)
