Then you are the Client Relationship Manager we are looking for to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • You are the contact person for our clients and all its representatives
  • You work closely with the site managers who report to you, concerning operational management of the site, as well as with all Headquarters support services
  • You are result oriented. You build, manage budgets and ensure that the financial and qualitative objectives established with your clients are met by establishing a business plan, controlling the costs and revenues and by ensuring a detailed financial monitoring leading to forecasts revised monthly
  • You ensure that the company's policy is understood by your site managers and their teams
  • You maintain good and regular contacts with your clients (sales, management, market, strategy and developments), make proposals in a proactive manner and negotiate with them the complementary offers and the financial and qualitative aspects
  • You collect the most relevant information for the sustainability and development of your contract; you are attentive to the evolution indices and you guarantee the retention of your clients and contracts
  • You maintain and develop commercial relationships (contacts with the client, key decision-makers,...)
  • Thanks to your proven experience as people manager and coach, you manage in coordination with your operational team and with the support of your HR Business Partner and HR Manager the human resources aspects within your teams: recruitment, integration, management, motivation, evaluation, coaching, development and training
  • You develop action plans to achieve your objectives
  • You are responsible for sharing Sodexo's knowledge and values


  • You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience in the field of strategy implementation at operational level
  • You have an affinity with the sector as well as with our Facilitating Services (Catering, Cleaning,...)
  • You are a people manager, coach and motivator and you have the necessary diplomacy
  • You are result-oriented, familiar with financial analysis and figures
  • Thanks to your organizational skills, you get the results precisely. You have the ability to implement and verify the practical application of the strategies
  • You have excellent relational and commercial abilities, are customer-oriented and you have the power of persuasion
  • You are open to change: you act as an ambassador for change
  • You have a very good oral and written knowledge of French, English and Dutch as well as computer tools such as MS office - Windows, Excel, Word, CRM etc.
  • Your spirit of progress, your spirit of service, your team spirit as well as your perseverance and diplomacy characterize you
