Would you like to take the lead of a small team, the catalogue team, in order to supervise the correct follow-up of the data input & output of the catalogue, with respect of the process and further development? Can you bring this coordination to a successful conclusion, whereby you collaborate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally? Would you like to participate in different projects? Then you are the SM Catalogue Project & Data Coordinator that we are looking for to strengthen our team.


  • Govern the administration of all Supplier, Product and Services master data for the Supply Management Function in the County/Region
  • You are responsible for the timely communication of qualitative and quantitative informative reports related to Sodexo vendors' products and services to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the Master Data Team
  • You are involved in the creation and the development of the process (for the Catalogue Team, SM & SO)
  • Advise on business requirements on supply chain data capturing and advise on softwares
  • Ensure data integrity and data consistency
  • Develop, analyze and measure some KPI's to measure the efficiency of the department & users
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Involvement and leadership of software projects
  • Lead the team, motivate and engage


  • You are motivated and have the ambition to manage a small team
  • You hold a Bachelor degree in administration, management, economics - two years' experience in data management & administration is needed
  • You are multilingual: fluency in both of local language(s) (Dutch / French) or good knowledge in English
  • Your team spirit and excellent relational & communication skills allow you to lead everything to a good end with the necessary flexibility
  • You are analytic, accurate, synthetic (balance between efficiency, details and accuracy).
  • You are working with a process / project approach
  • You are interested in the Food sector
  • You have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite
