Functieomschrijving

As Client Relationship Manager, you are the privileged interlocutor of our customers and you are responsible for the management of your teams, the quality of the services they provide to our customers of the Corporate segment (restaurant, reception, cleaning, technical maintenance, maintenance of green spaces, ...) as well as the financial results of your unit in order to ensure optimal operation within your sites. Operations Management & Development:

  • You are the contact person for the contractual client and all its representatives
  • You make the best practices and operational excellence live - i.e. you incorporate and ensure to make the procedures live in harmony with customer expectations (quality , environmental management, ... )
  • You detect and implement integration opportunities as well as realizations of various services in order to generate cost optimization plans for our client and Sodexo
  • You ensure that risks and opportunities are identified and that action plans that are put in place are effective
  • You participate in negotiations concerning contracts and the development of the growth of the contract, you guarantee retention
  • You ensure the commercial relations (customer contacts , guests ...) and maintain an internal network of strategic contacts
  • You lead the contract and ensure to update the dashboards of performance management
  • You are responsible for the good performance of the management plan of the site and see to its development depending on evolutions and devotions encountered
Human Resources: ·
  • Thanks to your experience as people manager and coach, you deal with all human resources aspects of an important team: right people / right place, recruitment, integration, motivation, evaluations, coaching, development and training
  • Assisted and supported by your team / service leaders, you organize and structure the daily activities
  • You ensure the proper implementation of strategies, policies and procedures of Sodexo
  • With the HR manager, you ensure the recruitment of candidates
  • You ensure to create a favorable social climate with our social partners
Finance:
  • You are result oriented and you see to the respect of the financial objectives set by the client and Sodexo by building a business plan and by controlling the budgets
  • You develop corrective action plans in order to reach your objectives
  • You lead out extension projects of activities

Profiel

  • Thanks to your entrepreneurial spirit, you coordinate and organize
  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree (Hotel Management, School of Business , Facility Management)
  • You have a proven experience in facility management and at least 5 years in leadership i.e. managing large teams and in relations with the social partners
  • You have strong analytical skills, you are result oriented (contractual commitment, figures, hygiene, HACCP, Hs & E aspects, ...) and being an example is for you a true nature. You have the ability to implement and verify the application of instructions
  • You have excellent relational and commercial abilities and you have the power of persuasion
  • Your spirit of progress , your spirit of service, your team spirit, your perseverance and diplomacy characterize you
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English , and you have a good knowledge of French
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
